He was a good man trying to clean Nigeria of corruption yet he sat down and drafted names of service chiefs of Nigeria and intentionally ignored the federal character policy enshrined in our federal policy to curb tribalism and ethnic domination. He was there when Buhari appointed mostly northerners, retired Igbo officers just to ensure no Igbo man was appointed as service chief or any head of paramilitary outfit in Nigeria.
