YES. They use the term Diploma and Bachelors interchangeably.

Hello, since your certificate is not ready because your school haven't done convocation yet. Your Testimonial suffices and the embassy understands that. You are good to go once you authenticated the Testimonial at FMOE and MFA.

B.tech attestation or certificate....( X Y Z)
waec result.....( X Z Y)

Yes i understand your illustrations. Go to the court and depose an affidavit (Correction of name). Please make sure that the candidate and examination numbers are captured correctly in affidavit and also authenticate the affidavit at the MFA.

NOTE: Always attach the affidavit with the WAEC certificate.

A reconciliation of name at the high court of justice can be used as well to sort this out.
After which, you should authenticate it at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Yes you can authenticate by proxy especially at MFA. But that of MOE, the agent must have the same surname as the owner of the certificate and must provide a valid ID that has the same surname as evidence. Any thing less than that is not acceptable by the MOE.

I have not been able to get my statement of result, transcripe and also the eligibility letter from ABj cause of the lockdown. I pray things change. By the way last time I checked Poland had over 9k covid 19 cases. So I expect an admission extension

all yes, just get a tech skill and u will be paid well, school accommodation is very cheap, feeding too. You have access to 25 European countries including Germany. By the way why where rejected in Germany heard their visa use to be straight forward
