AliExpress will not release the money to the seller if the item isn't delivered.

But be sure to go pick up your item from your nearest post office if it eventually says "successful"

If I'm right, money would only be released to the seller after 2 weeks of buyer's confirmation of receipt or end of buyer's protection (whichever comes first).

Maybe it hasn't been updated after clearance by NCS. You'll get notification when it's time or extend your protection if it's running out of time.

Track24 says otherwise when I checked it here. Don't worry, AliExpress will update your tracking page.

New tracking are issued for some shipping couriers, not all and not SG/CN.
Track24 does this.
