You can recall before the crisis Russia and Saudi were fighting over price .. The Saudi decided to pump more oil to punish to Russia and take market share of the oil .. Trump came in talk to them and both countries settle . And oil prices went up a bit, you see right there is the power of the USA influence.. But unfortunately the virus spiral out of country....

India and China are one of the largest buyers of crude oil ,especially China. China and basically the world are dealing with the virus as we speak. Oil is the last thing in any country mind now .. Due to Trump negligence the USA economy is in a recession now and the outcome has affected European countries.....

This is a ripple affects that comes down all the way to Nigeria. Covid19 can't be contained in Nigeria and the cure or vaccine will take at least a year to come out.. For now the Naira will become useless .. The last time I check $1 equals 428 naira.. This is just the beginning
