I think when paying for delivery, it's a 2-way delivery payment. Anyways, NIPOST is to return it to IMPC which I'm sure has the details of the courier.

It's like sending an item to a recipient, if NIPOST or any courier for that matter, couldn't get it delivered, they are to return it to you without a charge.

Do you think they can return items this time because of the COVID some PO are not fully functioning, i got to my own PO last thursday and i was told they were only doing skeletal work.
