Honestly, I don't know the answer to my riddle, but let me try.

I smell a conspiracy.

The Wife and Son did it. The househelp and driver knows. Only the gateman is innocent.

I believe that the driver did it. But some people are arguing that since everyone else claimed that they went out, and it's the gate man's job to open and close the gate, how come they all passed the gate while he was asleep? Either he's grossly incompetent and the gate is always open to anyone or he had a hand in the man's death..

The driver killed the man

October 1 is a public holiday. So which bank him go withdraw? undecided

That is true but the gateman is not innocent in the matter, through out the whole narration, he worked overnight and didn't specify how the people in the house left or when they came back until house help shouted. If he can hear about of the house help how come he didn't hear the shout of oga when he was been hacked to death. His ass gonna stay put in jail too

I see your point.

Prior to the 2000s, there were $1 a day antiretrovirals courtesy of Cipla.

Most of CIPLA hiv drugs are generic drugs, copies of western brand names

CIPLA is a profit making organisation

what bill gates did was to make western hiv drugs free for Nigerians

This is just like having type A question in an exam and copying answers from someone with type B.
All these developed countries didn't just ask their people to sit at home, they provided support to ensure their survival
Lockdown comes at a price, and our government cannot afford it. Shikenah

i will just say this...

i think this should be a eye opener for Nigerians that instead of complaining, they should have hold their govt accountable, maybe next time when something like this happens, the govt will be fast to do their job.

next time, carry your pen and papers and interview Doctors in Nigeria

Who fought polio in Nigeria?
who made Hiv/ Drugs cheaper in Nigeria, who donated and set up set up the AIDS Prevention Initiative in Nigeria
Where do Ngos in Nigeria get most of their funding from?
Who is funding most of the research of Hiv in Nigeria?
Who is donating PrEP and making them free of charge to Nigerian?
Who set up the policy framework and National guideline for HIV in Nigeria

anyway, let me give you the answer? The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

I guess you think the CIPLA generic HIV drugs is free of charge to Nigeria?CIPLA is a private company and theirjob is to make profit not donate, CIPla do not invent any Hiv drug, most of their drugs are just copies of western brand-name

Since 2006 Nigeria government has provided free antiretroviral to people having Hiv thanks to bill gates foundation who have been donating and making govt have access to western hiv drugs free of charge.

If you had HIV, do you think, you will go for an Indian generic drug or a western ones
Can you imagine?
Why wouldn't I take cipla drugs? undecided
Bill gates and co started intervening after cipla has crashed the prices to the ground na.
Doesn't that tell you that with or without his alleged help,Nigeria's HIV afflicted were already good all thanks to cipla?
And they did so many years after too.
So Bill Gates did nothing for Nigeria in that regard as Nigeria government and it's people could easily afford ARVs all thanks to Cipla.
And did I say cipla invented ARVs? undecided
They simply found a cheaper and effective way to make it and made it affordable for everyone na,how hard can that be to understand?

Only difference is, my landlord has called. I missed her call so I summoned courage and called back, she said she only wanted to ask about my safety as she heard that 1 million boys came around. She didn't talk about rent, what a nice and understanding woman. I love her

grin grin My Landlord has not called, and I know he wouldn't call me till I have money. It is well with us.

this is a laughable statement, you have nothing to back up your statement either than what you think

You didnt answer any of my questions, other than writing statement out of thin air without facts

when was AIDS Prevention Initiative in Nigeria? in 2000
who funded and donated free hiv drugs and kits to the initiative? Bill and Melinda gates foundation (amount of donation 25 million USD)

when did Nigeria had a deal with CIPLA- 2001 where Nigeria bought $3.5 million worth of drugs from the company

True talk. It's even scary to be 'normally' sick these days. Two weeks ago, my wife was having cough and a little feverish and she said something was in her throat and her Boss is Chinese... cheesy cheesy

I would not lie, I was a kinda scared. Her Boss didn't travel throughout last year so there was no fear that she might have contracted the virus at work. But me nko Me wey dey waka...

I never never even suggested to her that she could have C-19... cheesy cheesy We just treated normally, and she's fine now.

A friend told me of a girl who had an asthma attack and nearly died because she didn't have her drugs with her and no one wanted to help her.

It's crazy out there and it would get worse before it gets better...
Reminds me of one funny day last week, I don't know what irritated my nose I just started sneezing not knowing my wife was counting it. Next thing I heard was.. This is the 7th time, are we safe?
Hahaha I just package myself go outside

Atleast you've known what cipla is,progress is being made.
Now unlike you,I don't wanna make people feel I'm intelligent,nah...
Now go back, educate yourself well and keep it for another argument so you'll be right next time and people will actually think you are smart.

How?

how to hold govt accountable??

the developed countries that lockdown was effective, they are enjoying the benefit because they hold their govt accountable.

Here in Nigeria govt officials will steal and people will go on with their lives as if nothing happened

We all created the mess we found ourselves now but i am sure we wont still learn any lesson.

I don't know why people think facemasks and hand sanitzers will automatically immune you from contacting the virus.

Doctors and nurses use this things daily and still get infected and once they get infected, the whole ward gets infected too.

People should stay at home simple, only go out to buy essential things.

With what money?

Which is better

To stay healthy and fit or to risk your life for taxify and uber, contact the virus and then use the money you made to treat yourself.

I hope you know that some pharmacies are running out of supply.
It's like you still don't get it. No money no food and you ask people to stay at home, stay at home and eat themselves?

you may not like what i will write.

for instance, if they(those on minimum wages) used all their money they always give to pastors as tithes and offering, they set it up in a saving box, do you think they will be needy at this moment, i might not be realistic but this formula will work for many people here in Nigeria.

another unrealistic view, imagine, if people reduce the way they give birth in Nigeria, dont you think they will also have enough resources to take care of themselves.

This is just my opinion.
