What's in that letter ain't my business.. My own comment is on Ganduje AKA Gandollar. Shebi na him wan go for 2nd term. Na the 2nd term be this ooo, he should deal with it! Buhari should declare a state if emergency in Kano so that the governor can sit back in the government house let those who have oil in their heads handle the situation properly. Kwankwaso gave good suggestions in the letter but he should grow some balls and demand that the president declares a state of emergency in Kano. But then, do we have a president?  The only thing Ganduje sabi na to stuff dollars for agbada & fight traditional rulers. Today, a true test of governance has appeared & he is totally helpless. Kano had the chance to prepare when COVID appeared in other states, but they were playing religion & politics with the situation & Islamic clerics vowed that they won't accept mosque closure.. Even with the deaths, due to religious beliefs, postmortem are not even been carried out to determine the cause of mass deaths.
