Can you tell exactly where the refinery is? And how functional it is? Just so you may know, the refinery has been shut down for many months and not functional at the moment.

is not free day. Market days only. But trust me they change the language for government. All shops are still locked except essential items. Markets are relocated to mainly primary schools and secondary schools. In short this COVID19 favour the police and food stuff sellers... I bribe hell today driving my car from warri to just ghelli.

Well, I saw free day(till 2pm) on the draft. If you leave the house before 8am you wouldn't get to pay those policemen.
