Who Will Vote For Obi/igbo In 2023 by Afospecialk: 8:43am On Apr 28, 2020 |
I can't help but curious to ask my fellow Nigerians Giving the general consensus concerning the emergency of Peter Obi as the only anointed candidate under PDP for the position of presidency comes 2023 My question emanate from two perspective ranging from Tribe and religion support Which region or tribe or religion would vote for Peter Obi / Igbo candidate in 2023 election ? Are they expecting massive vote from the Hausa the so called Almajiri ? Are they expecting massive support from the Fulani the so called Cow? Are they hoping on Yoruba the gbegiri and Ewedu republic ? From the religion perspective Are they expecting only catholic members to vote since they don't believe in any Pentecostal religion as being thought by their savior Nnamdi KANU never to believe or attend any Pentecostal church Are they only hoping on the support of Muslim from the North or SW to give them the massive vote ? What's the logical behind packaging an Ibo man for 2023 election when they already know its insurmountable dream 4 Likes |

Mad people. As Usual South west and north would vote for APC and the suffering continues. Igbos would still survive. The north suffers most in this APC regime even though almost all appointments are handled by them. 10 Likes 1 Share |

The Ibos have burnt all bridges with other ethnic groups politically, reason why they want both APC and PDP to field Ibo candidates which is impossible.. From the look of things, the Ibos will comfortably settle for VP to a Northern candidate in PDP come 2023 while Yorubas will get APC presidential ticket with Northern VP. Until the SE stops playing second fiddle in everything to Hausa/ Fulani, they won't get nada. 13 Likes |

Dear OP, who told you Peter Obi is interested in contesting for the president in 2023? Even if he dare to contest, who told you he is going to emerge as PDP candidate? You better wake up and smell the coffee, Obi’s highest ambition for now is to become Atiku’s running mate again in 2023. 10 Likes 1 Share |

Igbo’s are not foolish ok, a northern will come out under PDP with vp from SW OR SE, definitely south west will produce a candidate under APC with their vp from the north then northern vote will be split leaving SE AND SS to decide so OP you can do your calculations again 1 Like 1 Share |

yoruba muslims can lament as they want but we all know that yoruba will NEVER be president before an Igbo man. yoruba have never made themselves president. And have only help others become president twice out of 8 presidential elections since 1960s. If yorubas were as important as they claim, Awolowo wouldn't failed severally and thunderously at the polls. |

ocha88: Of course, a northerner will rule the East in PDP come 2023.. it's the slave mentality you folks have that is your undoing in that side of the country. Power will return to the South in 2023 and a Yoruba candidate will emerge victorious. You can take that to the bank. 7 Likes |

Peter Obi is a quality commodity that needs minimal persuasion to gain acceptance. He is an idea whose time has come. He has momentum. He has the brainpower. He has been there. He will bring a paradigm shift. Nigeria is due a revolutionary and visionary leader... Duff your hat for the man wey sabi... Detractors will soon turn promoters. We shall convince misguided elements that progress, effectiveness and efficiency do no kill instead they liberate. It shall happen... 2 Likes 1 Share |

Herdsmen:It is unfortunate that the rest of Yorubas are allowing a particular group in their midst to sully their reputation. These elements are going for broke forgetting that Buhari will never remain president forever. Whether anybody likes it or not, the Igboman's time is within a touching distance....there is just NOTHING anyone can do about it. Nigeria is due a serious makeover and the Igbos are among the few people with the practical and cognitive vistas/wherewithal for fix the rot. 1 Like 1 Share |

Herdsmen: 1. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu (Jagaban of Africa and master planner, a past Senator and Governor of Lagos State, nemesis of Goodluck Jonathan) 2. Professor Yemi Osinbajo (the Current Vice-President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, best and most active VP in history) 3. Kayode Fayemi (Current Governor and a one time past Governor of Ekiti State and Chairman, Nigeria Governors Forum) 4. Adewunmi Adeshina (President of the African Development Bank) 5. Babatunde Fashola (SAN the law and past Governor of Lagos State) You need more?? 10 Likes |

flokii:Tinubu and Fashola, the landlords of Lagos will not be entrusted with national leadership. Tinubu will bullion-van Nigeria and there is no way that will be allowed to happen. Fashola's audio achievements as the governor of probably the fifth biggest economy in Africa has been exposed by his calamitous performance as the veritable minister of darkness. Osinbanjo is never in contention. Fayemi for president has to be too much a stretch that the man himself will laugh anyone suggesting same to derision. Adewunmi Adesina is, without doubt, a man of impeccable and irreproachable credentials but he lacks serious political traction. We are talking of 2023, some eight years after he made his mark as a minister of agriculture. He is doing well at AfDB but is he really in the thick of things in the present day Nigeria? |

Why are the Yoruba so obsessed with the Igbos? There is no day you wont see this type of thread on narialand. Ibo this....Igbo that...!!!. Its quite disgusting and a clear sign of emptiness!! I use to think that the yorubas are smart...but from their daily irrelevant tribal e-war and continuous support to bad governance, inequity and propaganda with pull them down mentality. Finally na wash...wash..!!!. internet and social media is exposing a whole lot. |
