Higher returns
On the HR tf for instance you enter a trade @ 1pm to exit at 2pm or 3pm essentially saying the next one or two candles would either be bullish or bearish

I spent the past 3yrs trading binary options and just recently started trading forex, and I must confess that binary options is not worth it.
You will need far more discipline, money management, trading psychology, self control and needless to say, a good strategy if you must succeed in it.

Forex is miles better, I'm still regretting all the years I've put into binary options.

It's just my opinion though, but I don talk my own.

You can try it out but preferably do that on a demo account. And only trade with real money when you've achieved a certain consistency.

Cos it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for you. Just be careful.
