Ever heard about the military industrial complex. It's one of the reasons America is in debts in trillions of dollars cause there are people profiting off the war. It's the same thing with NASA and space science. Basically, astronauts have helped us understand our world better, but when you start mentioning shit and saying something happened 13 billion years ago, you don't need a fortune teller to tell you it's a hoax.

These theories have been disapproved by fellow scientists over time, but they never go mainstream.
You keep speaking of theories you cannot disprove yourself so I’ll take this off your hands. You seem to have access to underground space information, kindly point me to a source.

Yes. I want you to believe in science , it is merely man’s way of understanding the world he lives in and beyond. There are scientists who believe in creationism and some who don’t. Everyone has their own beliefs, but science is based in facts. The facts do not stop you from believing your God is responsible for them.
LOL. Okay. But remember we don't always get what we want. smiley
Anyway, I do believe in science, most of it at least, because like I implied in my earlier post, the achievements and facts of science are testaments to God's power. And besides evolution, there is no contradiction between science and the Bible. Oh, evolution and each school of thought adherents. wink

If he's imaginary, how can peoples call on him from time immemorial??

These animals were the real bad guys back in the day. Man was just a tasty snack like bush rat and life was like living in a nightmare.

Back then, a 40yr old man was considered a very old man because the mortality rate was so high.

If not for the Chicxulub Event, human beings (Homo Sapiens) would not be the Apex predator that they are today.
I remember that period vividly, at age 7, I use to go hunting wild animals with friends, life was really fun that time. The eldest man with us then was very jovial and friendly, a vegetarian, died at 70. He taught me lots of things, including how to live long, he predicted Seun will create Nairaland, and Lalasticlala will keep promoting snake posts

Pls where am I self? Am so bored, dis lockdown should end jare

How great scientists like Newton, Einstein Charles Presley etc can acknowledge God, I wonder why someone who use a dilapidated twisted little laboratory to conduct simple pendulum and titration experiment would think otherwise
Acknowledging God does not disprove science. Every man with their own belief of how the universe works and was created. I wonder though, if you were born in the north you would be somewhere arguing on a different thread for Allah’s sake because your parents and your environment helped shape what you believe is anything and everything. Forever worship the white man for bringing you the true god and forcing your ancestors to rubbish their beliefs a hundred years ago. I guess you were lucky to be born into the right religion with the most authentic god.

Reminds me of our tour to Snake Island and one of our crew members was saying 'let's go down and become adventurous' only for the support crew to reprimand us only if we wanted to get dead because every inch lives a snake.
But you are not right. The island was named snake island because of its shape, not because snakes are many there.

humans will go into extinction before reptiles and rodents.
There was a study which was carried out 2decades ago, there was an island that was nuked of everylife. After 5years, scientist went to that island and found a rats inhabiting the island, it was concluded that before rodents can go into extinction, humans would have gone
if this is true, then it's bad news

You know what, you are even dafter.

You think everybody is either Christian or Muslim?

I guess you live in a narrow world.

Guess what, my family was even more Christian than anyone of your cave-dwelling ancestors ever were. So, you can say I was born a bloody Christian right from my Grandfather.

Hell, I even got a bloody "A" in CRK in my Senior WAEC exams. Best in Religious studies student in my class.

But guess what? My Dad, himself a christian, taught me to read the bible with a critical mind. The rule was, never accept everything you see in the bible as it is. Always ask questions, he would always say. Strange guy, right?

And I grew up the better for it. That which you think you know, Crusader, I know better a hundred times over.

You see, you could do with some education instead of going about fighting religious wars and crusades on the bloody internet.

Go get a life, nigg*r. I'm done with your Jesus-loving ass.

Get out.

You're just dumb by claiming what is not, keep living in denial, the guy you quoted initially is wiser than you.

A nebula is the birthplace of all stars, eg Your sun.

The Hubble telescope is out in space taking pictures of these wonderments for your pleasure and you call it pseudo science?

For your information, the same technology that allows invisible waves carry your voice across the world to your relative abroad is the same that enables us to see these pictures taken light years away. Or do you think the stars you see at night are a hologram? Even if you do, you cannot refute the sun.

You need to broaden your knowledge base first.

Whenever I hear pseudo intellectuals on Facebook mouth of the gibberish that is evolution I just wonder with amazement...they think it makes them 'seem' smart and creationists dumb..meanwhile a LOT of creationists are notable scientists and World leaders but these ones on Facebook with nada, zilch to their name of accomplishment think they know better...they pride in logic and common sense but believe a random one in a billion billion explosion SOMEHOW aligned together and created a living cell..and somehow this cell learnt how to evolve and grow organelles...and gills and fins..then somehow it learnt to breathe air and then limbs to walk the earth..then some evolved to grow wings and take to the sky..they stoopidly postulate that a fvcking random one in a billion billion explosion SOMEHOW created the milky way and our solar system...and put the earth at exactly the right distance from the sun to sustain life..ALL OF THESE HAPPENED BY A ONE IN A BILLION BILLION CHANCE...by an event that has no conscience, no consciousness, no sentient character...how does an inanimate event/ body create an animate and sentient life
