Its to reduce birth rate and it works very well.... Again its only one of many means to use, in America they use stuff such as homosexuality and abortion clinics to lower the birthrate of blacks. In black communities you will find abortion clinics while in white communities you find fertility clinics. Why do you people keep proving my low IQ point over and over again? The problem of feeding isn't that of population but low IQ africans... Africa is one of the most fertile continent in the world, and a country like Gabon is larger than U.K but with only 2 million people and still has trouble feeding its people while a country such as China with 1.4 billion people is feeding its population.... Do you think Big population is the problem of Gabon? Big population is not a problem, infact it gives a bigger market economy which any high IQ people know is a benefit in this world. If 200 million Europeans lived in Nigeria food entrepreneurs would be making a fortune supplying food, but the problem with Nigeria is that Nigerians live there and dont know how to utilize resources thats why it starves and not because of its population. The more you people write the more you prove of your low IQ.... If africans didn't live in Nigeria it would be a superpower a long time ago with its huge human resources which they know how to utilize better than africans.....

The only thing your proving is how low your own IQ is stop embarrassing yourself before someone hits your fragile feelings in that sweet spot and makes you suicidal.
