Vee2209:It is the current predicament of the world that paved way for specific draws. Prior to covid-19 era, IRCC conducted general draws and most of these classes are usually eligible. They conduct FST-only draws sometimes but not often. Covid-19 has changed the dynamics and they seem to be interested in people that have been to Canada for work/studies and people that are in Canada at the moment. Let's hope everything mellows in the coming weeks, hopefully, we will get to see general draws again. 5 Likes |

Please guys, Do I need an affidavit in addition to a gift deed as POF? Who knows where I can get my gift deed done in Lagos (island if possible). Thanks |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by kingkhalil: 7:59am On Apr 28, 2020 |
vera1001: No one knows for sure but i think both you and the person gifting you the money should separately depose to Affidavits at the Federal High Court Registry. The Affidavits should expressly state that the funds are unencumbered and given of the Donor's free will. There are numerous Notary Public on Lagos Island who can do this for you. Please and please, make sure your Deed, as well as Affidavits are well worded and are not ambiguous. Best of luck! |

vera1001:i did not notorise along with many of my friends. It was never an issue. Just get the format on page1 edit and sign thats all. To show them the gift deed is genuine provide cheque from gifter/transfer slip or your bank statement showing inflow from gifter with a suitable narration e.g ' papa vera1001 gift' and use marker or photo editor to circle it 10 Likes 6 Shares |

Good morning nursechin. I'll advise you read through Pages 1 and 2, after which should you still have any grey area, more knowledgeable people will be willing to help. Callmenursechin: 1 Like |

ghini:All international flights have been suspended due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, COPR can't exempt anyone from this policy. |

EnglishWithJosh: Most March 16 COPR can land in Canada. So once Nigeria opens its borders, people should be able to land |

Good day, please, I want to ask if WES Canada or any other ECA verifies CIPM or NIPR certificate as a professional certificate. I have a degree in mass-communication and I currently work as a HR assistant. I want to know this so I can process it and make use of it in Canadian express entry. |
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Progress2468(m): 1:48pm On Apr 28, 2020 |
awo666: WES evaluates CIPM as a three years bachelor's degree. Please send along with your Bsc. It will count as 2 or more Certificates 2 Likes |

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by lasignor(m): 3:49pm On Apr 28, 2020 |
GoodofNaija:I know for certain that GTbank has stopped transactions that involve the usage of their DCC (Dynamic Currency Converter) system. Maybe First Bank followed suit. Try Access Bank card, should be fine. |

lasignor: Many thanks! But I don't have access bank card. Did GTbank stop it because of the pandemic or what could it be? |

GoodofNaija:Yes, they stopped because of the pandemic. For the Access Bank Card, you can walk into any of their branches, open an account and get the card instantly. |

Yes o, been awhile. Not much has happened. Corona had already started around that period. Ordered GCMS notes again. File had gone to Hong Kong in January and it is back in Accra again. SunshineD1: 1 Like |
