I even called customer care all they will said off your phone and ON, did it severally without anything been done. But when I do not have enough on the main bal and have over 1000 on airtime, I can't still make calls or buy data. Why is that?

Also the last time I recharged, the money entered the airtime account instead of main balance and as a result I couldn't use the money. Please how can this be resolved?
