Highly trained skills workforce takes a lot time and investment - and therefore to ship them abroad is the most stupid thing I know of. We are spending 5B dollars annually on our education. I don't want to quantity private investment into education. It probably goes as high as another 20B dollar.

To train a doctor or a nurse - you're talking 20ys - in basic education and another 5yrs - to acquire those skills.Then you ship them abroad?

Now when companies relocate to Ghana - and their start thinking about hospital services - they find all doctors left.

Don't ever celebrate export of highly skilled labour.
