If people actually think the deaths in Kano was from COVID19, thousands should've been dead in Lagos because of the cases in Lagos been the highest .

The measures Lagos took earlier to curtail the spread may have prevent the kano situation.
Its obvious by the time kano, took measures the virus has already spread to the elderly and people with underlying health issues.

Do u have basic knowledge of medical sciences ?

What doctors do is to treat the symptoms ....if u can't breat help your lungs breath

Help remove water from your lungs

Cute cough n fever

Then your immune system can cure the virus or it kills u

If u are well taken care off u would recover 29 in 30 times

But if u come late nothing can be done

Majority of people recover without treatment and without even any symptoms...read up the research that was done in USA and showed that over 2m people had COVID19 and recovered without even knowing it...most that develop serious symptoms still make it by palliative treatment but by far those who recovered weren't treated they were just watched.

Definitely there's no definite treatment, everything is palliation..if there's a definitive treatment then no need for the lockdown... everyone will just go about their business and get treated when infected
