Very fat people do naturally have breathing problems,especially when they are sleeping. Do it man not be literally those that are clinically sick, but also those that are sick without being aware they are. People in the village will be better because they engage themselves in farming, creating vegetable patches and planting seasonal crops. And it is yielding season for lovely and priceless fruits like mangoes and avocados that usually go to waste in the villages. It is time to go back to the roots.

You're right but I'll rather say categorise them as farmers.
Not everyone in the village engage in farming and we have farmers in the city too.
But people in other sectors are cashing out big time, too.

Am here to beg for help. As our people used to say"it is better to beg than to steal. It has been akk difficult for me and my family. Beginning of the year my sister had an accident that nearly cost her life .she was in coma several days . I spent almost my savings saving her life in the hospital . It became much hard on me when this awful pandemic breakout in Lagos and government proposed this lockdown . I was hoping that soon everything is going to be over without knowing it will take a long time like this for me to hustle and meet up again.
