This is a misguided statement. Japan is not known for producing stuffs like this and also one million mask is way too small for nationwide distribution. It is not even enough for Abia state alone.

Meanwhile the Japan of Africa is one town like that in Anambra state.

My advice to people buying, make sure to wash the mask first before use, don't let carton decieve you especially if its cloth material.

Was in traffic at artilerry the other day, a guy was selling face masks on the road a lady selected one, put in on , only for her to drop it and carry another one because she was buying.

Was furious with the guy for letting her do it cos the mask she dropped could be pucked by another customer.

So if you're buying fabric face mask wash it before use.
