Note I used self rising flour (not biscuit flour) because I didn’t have biscuit flour. I don’t know if it would have turned out differently or better otherwise.

I followed this example in the video below and I used salted butter. The glaze on top was pancake syrup that I brushed on it before turning off the oven .
