Answer... Bill gates has no vaccine. There are over 70 vaccines from various countries in the works, some already in human trials, expect a vaccine at d earliest September.

When a pandemic occurs, it can only be effectively fought back with vaccination, hence the scramble to get vaccine ASAP. Funny enough, when the vaccine finally comes, the theorists would always be first inline to get a shot.
