So when rain is falling and we have a rider in the car, we should still leave the windows down. Rain will enter na.

Exactly my thought. What matter for a rider is getting to his or her destination. This is not the time for luxury abeg. Wind down small. The era of yellow taxi without AC, people survived despite their high fare.
northbird:

embarassed seems you don't really know covid-19.

One of the best places to aid easy transmission is in a sealed ac environment.

The Primero Buses that switched off their AC units , you think dey r Dumbos.

grin. Go ahead n take d risk. For how much? If I may ask

for comfort of riders? Hmmn. You stake ur life n worry about comfort of odas.

Funny.

[quote author=pope191 post=89108978, don't know much abt all this, but since it is alcohol base as well, probably it should work[/quote]just turn your heater up to max ,wind up and exit d car. Allow the car to up for some minutes
Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by davit: 11:43am On May 03, 2020
Have you ever asked yourself those days when yellow taxi had no AC, they still moved around in the rain?
Even till now, some commercial buses, cars don't have AC, and they still ply the road. This measure is for a while. Not for too long.
Wisdom is profitable to direct bro.

They moved in the rain but the screen would be wound up.

Would the screens be wound up now when we have COVID thereby risking one's life or left open during rain and have your car seat, rider and yourself wet?

Guys before you form ‘science student’ thereby mixing all forms of chemical together, pls let’s be careful while at it.

Some chemicals should not be mixed together.

If you are already planning to mix bleach with alcohol, don’t do it.

I think metholated spirit is best to disinfect; it doesn't have much strong odour and would quickly evaporate from the surface.

I know he has been banned due to adverts by the top guns in auto section, feeling threatened by his low prices.

Hypo mix with alcohol reaction.
Tentatively the reaction
C2H5OH + 3H2O + 4Na2S2O3 --> 2Na2S4O6 +4NaOH +2CH4.
Production of alkaline sodium hydroxide is a potential hazards. Corrosive on skin. Inhalation of methane released (in an enclosed car) is equally hazardous.
Lets be very careful

Them no dey teach monkey how to jump...

Every man (driver or partner) will always weigh the options and do what is appropriate.

No need to educate both parties about how income will look this period. Every man will do his calculations and apply as deem fit to him and him only.

I just found out about this thread. I will be glad if someone shows me the way plllleeeeeaaaassseee

1. Which model of Toyota is least accepted by Uber?

2. Do I lose the ownership of the car in this business?

3. Which kind of deals are available and which is most profitable?

4. How much profit can I make monthly from this business?

Thanks in anticipation.

Keep your money in the bank for now.
You are very late to the e-hailing party.

P.S If you like hard work, get any 4-cylinder Toyota apart from Corolla.
Body go tell you.

Why isn't anyone complaining about the Customer Service issues with Bolt and the #4,000 benchmark on block.

If you work all day and have a commission to pay of 3000, you can't work the next day because if you do without your payment reflecting in the app even if you've paid you're more than than likely to be blocked immediately you cross 1000.

If you're accidentally blocked eventually, it'll take at least 4-7days to unblock you no matter how many mails you send.

I no know wetin dem dey drink for that back office.

I Hope bolt and uber will reduce their respective 20% and 25% commissions.

I have a proposal whereby every investor should expect between 15-20k from every driver henceforth.

Hmmm! Rentals is REDUCING like play as this situation will last longer than expected.

AngryIgboMan:

Remember, it doesn't make sense to pursue 30k weekly that is not realistic and still have your car damaged. 15-20k that is certain to some extent is better than a mirage 25-30k that will give you high blood pressure. This period; at all at all, na im bad pass.
