Why is this a topic under buhari's administration? Buhari said that Abacha didn't still or loot any money, what money is he going to collect from US government?

All d Abacha's loot recovered so far should be accounted for before asking US government for another.

All d recovered loots under Mr integrity has been relooted, billions in ikoyi house, at d airport, Diezani's, Dasuki's, Ganduje etc.
