Yes convert it to PDF and also tell them that your school use the same grading system across all faculties. I also had the same issue and I sent them the one for another department and explained and they went ahead with my application. Don’t panic

You scan ( to uni-assist) all your certified documents e.g waec, neco, bsc or HND Certs, Transcripts and language proficiency certificate ( if necessary for your prospective application). You will send the original certified copies of all required certs and docs. You should not send your Original documents.
For anyone that lives in Lagos and wants to Certify Documents, you can contact me for a notary public's contact.
