Testing after 14 days isolation is not enough guarantee of being free from Covid-19 infection. The Chinese doctor that blew the whistle on Covid-19 contracted the virus on 8th January 2020 but didn't test positive despite hospitalization until 30th January 2020 which is more than 28 days after!!!

He sadly died of the virus on 5th February 2020 barely one week after testing positive.

NCDC needs to be more proactive and cautious on this Covid-19 issue. Initially they were only testing people that were symptomatic until it became apparent worldwide that a reasonable number of people infected with the virus may be asymptomatic! Even now, they are largely dealing with symptomatic patients, leaving asymptomatic virus carriers to roam free.
