Good day all. Please I need help. My Samsung galaxy S9 plus suddenly went blank since 2am. It happened twice and came back but has since gone blank. Notifications are coming in and I can touch the screen to take calls but the back light is off. I've tried to restart but not working.

First do a hard reboot by pressing the volume down and power buttons for 15 secs, if it doesn't come up then it's obvious the screen back light is faulty and the whole screen needs replacing or you can take it to Samsung centre since you mentioned that the phone is less than 3 months you bought it, so I believe the warranty on it is still valid
