A name registered 10years ago & dropped only to be registered last month will be a 1month old domain.

The important question is how did the seller know the domain is aged? how did he know its 12years?

The answer is what will determine the right reply

I bought this name as part of lot from fellow namepros member( also a nairalander) as an expired but brandpa accepted names...

I received an offer of $200 and I was on the verge of accepting the offer before i remembered the lessons here that you should aim higher, quoted $1500 and the guy replied $350 as max, I just accept jejely because naturally I would have sold this name for max $69 had brandpa still operating their old policy....
