personally I feel everyone is entitled to his own opinion.
If the minorities join one of the big three, there is 99% chance that country will be another Nigeria. Minorities are best left on their own, there is no guarantee they won't be treated the way Nigerians are treating them in their new imaginary country. Croatia didn't have to annex Slovenia, Bosnia, Albania, etc, just because those ssmaller groups all wanted to leave failed Yugoslavia republic just like Croatia did. Instead Croatians worked in synergy with those smaller groups.
