Is its supposed to be about vaccines in general or specifically about a coronavirus vaccine (as we know a coronavirus vaccine is not available yet, and not expected to be available for at least 1 year). As it is most children born in Nigeria are already vaccinated against polio, measles, small pox, etc. We really need to know the details of the bill before we start getting worked up.
