GreatSage: I doubt that. You can't transfer. You can only use your 100L transcripts with your O'levels to apply for the same BSc. I'd advise you complete your BSc. here first though. |

Dimz69: Chief, click on the courses offered and choose a course. The "No application started yet" means you haven't started anything yourself. So get to work. Also, I'd advise you check out the page of your desired course to be sure you're in the right time for application. This is because most Unibremen courses have closed by April 30. But not all, so be sure. Goodluck 1 Like |

Dimz69: Go to the school website, locate your course and you'd see the application dates/deadlines. It varies for different courses. Most unibremen MSc courses closed by April though. 2 Likes |

GreatSage: Is the Bsc. course English-taught? Most German Bsc courses are German-taught. If yours is in English, I'm afraid you'd have to write IELTS to prove your English proficiency. Your school would give you an English Proficiency Letter if you finished there. So... |
Re: General-german-student-visa-enquiries Part 8 by GreatSage: 9:45pm On May 05, 2020 |
Hiro2:Yes the Bsc program is English taught. So applying with just 0levels and applying with 100level transcript together with 0levels is the same thing? |
Re: General-german-student-visa-enquiries Part 8 by Hiro2(m): 9:51pm On May 05, 2020 |
GreatSage: You have to attach the two sir. They won't take you if you don't have 100L transcripts attached to your O'levels and vice versa. Pls do pay attention if you've have to certify the documents too. Best of luck. |

Good morning everyone. Am having a little problem now. Am trying to apply for a master's program but i noticed they need my O level results with my Bsc certificate. I combined both waec an neco. I had d7 in math in my waec. But when i brought out my neco result i found out the the ink that contain my examination nunber, name and year have faded away. I even paid 10k to some people i saw on nairaland yesterday that help with examination number retrival but nothing. Want to ask if i can still go ahead with the registration with only my waec certificate or the university wont allow. Help a brother |

Hello guys, I noticed something worrying while converting my CGPA to German standard, a lower Nigerian CGPA gives a higher German CGPA compared to when using a Higher Nigerian CGPA. Can someone help me clear this confusion or am I doing something wrong?

PlexusNL: The German scale is quite straightforward... You know in Nigeria, finishing with a 5.0 CGPA is first class whule on the German scale it would be a 1.0 (very good: an outstanding achievement) which is their highest attainable grade point. So, the lower your CGPA is on the Nigerian scale, say 1.0/5.0, the higher it will be on the German scale, 5.0 (translated as insufficient / failed: an achievement which does not meet the requirements) The rule of thumb is, the closer you are to the 1.0 mark the better... 3.5 on the German scale puts you at a serious disadvantage as it translates to "befriedigend" that is satisfactory (an achievement which corresponds to average requirements) Hope this helps. 2 Likes |
