You're on the verge of making good money, if you play your cards well. If you have any reputable person on this platform that you've worked for and can vouch for you, call the person here. If not, provide a discounted service for the first 5-10 people from amdma.n

My 2 cents

he has delivered somethings for me before from Ajah to Ikeja (not a car though). He was thorough and straightforward, helped me confirm everything was working fine before delivery and got to Ikeja around past 11pm. I've never met him in person though but he delivered.

That's my experience with him.

IB, I think they are exempted or something...think about it govt allowed clearing of goods, what sense will it make if they don't allow it to be moved from port to destination. I think clearing agent drivers have some form of ID or exemption that they present

Can you help me with the contact of that person? Will really appreciate it if you can

True.

The guy is active in the House Clearance thread. I am sure he must have had successful haulage deals with guys there, else his name would have been dragged.

I also hope he stays legit.

Hello sir, you should be familiar with my moniker on here because I am a very huge fan of your work, we have been seeing complain about your communication skills with people which alot of people have complained about and you promise to work on it. As much as we know you have been transparent enough with people on here which made you gain alot of trust from people including myself. You need to make sure you don't lose that trust and respect we all have for you.

I will like you to work on your communication with your customers that have already paid their dues so they can be rest assured everything is fine and even if there's need to come out clean to them on the delay you are facing about their cars. That way you can give them peace of mind and also gain confidence through your customer service rendered and it will go a long way.

Peace and love.

Amdman try and do better......hire a customer care staff if you must.

Also remove that auto reply (if it's still there), it doesn't help.

No let this complain spoil matter before you wake up to address it.

I hope he responds and deals decisively with this. When customers start complaining online and offline about lack of communication/update then it should be addressed.

I feel it's necessary and good for business when the customer is updated every now and then about the progress of the transaction. I hope this is corrected in the future.
