then do you want the landlord to have a loss. If you wish to park out, there might be a dialogue to refund but it's unlikely. Another example lies in the construction industry. When there is a tendering for projects, do those that get rejected get a refund?

like I said there is a deposit which is separate from the rent..anywayhere a refund is guaranteed ..an by the way if the landlord want to kick you out,the law says he/she should give you an extension of 3 months..
