Nowenuse:Don't mind some ignorant Igbos here. When referendum comes, Biafra us certain. The referendum will only confirm the actual boundary of the new country. Agreements will be reached after everything is discussed. Those who reject Biafra will remain in Nigeria. IPOB will not be the one to fight for their own choice of country. We are fighting for Biafra and we expect some minority tribes that we included to reject Biafra at the referendum. We know where to wait for them. Their best bet is to start agitating for their own country NOW. Some blind youths can talk shit at present but when they're faced with only two options, reality will become clearer to them. It's easy to hate Igbo without having suffered any harm from them. The Jews have been hated similarly yet they continue to excel. Today, most first world countries respect Israel but small minded persons still engage in antisemitism. IPOB is aware of this. Whether in Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom or Cross-river, we open our hands today for the coming referendum. Other tribes in the middlebelt are welcomed. Posterity will vindicate us. 2 Likes |

horsepower102:We are not begging or holding them. Remember, nothing is set in stone forever. Igbo got the population, human and natural resource plus a vibrant diaspora connection to become a great nation. We still offer the choice of Biafra to them. History is on our side. Kapish! |

pazienza:I asked a SIMPLY QUESTION but the majority of your response came from your irrelevant personal stories. The only thing I picked from your response is that you will reach out to men and women wing of town unions and gauge their opinions. My simple question is if majority of these town unions under heavy financial inducements of the government reject Biafra, will you drop the agitation? pls give me a simple answer and leave KANU and ipob out of it for now. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Nowenuse: When dishing out misinformation, don't forget to also tell your readers that no Isoko man will reject a union when other Edoid groups are involved, same with Esan and others. In the past, all Edoid groups have worked together to achieve a common goal, your talk about disunity is not only false but misleading. In Nigeria, the Edoid groups were the only minorities to have ever come together to push for a referendum, a fight everyone fought, the politicians, the chiefs, the kings, the village heads, the women, the men, everyone fought for a common goal, no one was forced or coerced, everyone had a sense of belonging If tomorrow these same people decide to champion a new cause, they'd do wonders and if they also decide to reach out to neighbouring minorities they'd also do wonders, Stop projecting disunity where it never exists, stop misinforming people about others. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Blackking98: I am from Plateau state bro, I am not Igbo. I supported Northern Cross River people because they are just like my people (Plateau). Besides, who is talking about any place burning? Apart from Hausa fulani core northerners, other Nigerians tend to be very peace loving and reasonable. Igalas & Ebiras hate each other but they do not turn Kogi to a battleground, likewise Idoma & Tivs in Benue. |

Nowenuse:You have something wrong with you, I wasn't even the one who made reference to tower of babel to start with, I live in cross river and I'm from Akwa Ibom and I was only giving an example of what is obtainable there concerning ethnic groups, I didn't drag or insult any group, you just jump out of your little hut in jos because herdsmen haven't visited your people for awhile to type nonsense about my ethnic group. Mtchewww some of u don't deserve pity. I won't even answer you, my people are coexisting peacefully, we won't bother answering you, we'll leave you to the fulanis who murder you people for fun. Efewestern: Edoid groups worked together with Itsekiris & Aniomas to break Yoruba domination of old Western region. How united and loving have you guys been to each other post Bendel & Delta/Edo state? That is the question. Make no mistake, I would love to see a united Edoid nation or Nigerdeltan nation, however, growing up with you people, I have understood the way you people reason and this would be very difficult. Actually Binis will be the problem of an Edoid nation because they will insist that the capital must be in Benin which you Urhobos & Esans will fiercely reject. Benin people have this strong sense of superiority over other Bendelites owing to their ancient Benin empire. So let me ask you, if there is an Edo nation today, where will the capital be? And don't tell me Benin cos you and I know that Esans & Urhobos will never allow Benin control them. Also, if Edoids have a country, what will be the fate of Itsekiris & Ijaws? Considering how intertwined Itsekiri & Ijaw communities are with Urhobo & Benin communities. How will Warri be divided? Infact, nothing will stop you SS minorities from going to war with each other if Nigeria divides. 5 Likes |

Blackking98: Stop being unnecessarily stupiid. The Igbo guy called Northern Cross River a tower of Babel and you echoed it and laughed over it and I only showed you how much advantage the people you are laughing at have over you, now u are talking about Fulani herdsmen? Have the same fulani herdsmen not attacked Akwa Ibom in spite of the fact that you are hundreds of miles away from the north? https://punchng.com/herdsmen-kill-one-injure-another-in-akwa-ibom/?amp=1 Show me any part of Nigeria that herdsmen have not attacked. My own area is just worse because we are their neighbors, period. |
Re: South East Should Stop Disrespecting The Niger Delta by Dogogo1900: 8:55pm On May 07, 2020 |
It's not ignorance, it's just that nobody wants to attach with Igbo people. Can't you do Biafra on your own? Na by force? Why is it so difficult for you people to understand that we don't see you as a part of the Niger Delta and we don't want to be a part of Biafra? I have never seen this type of attachment by force before. We don't want you. PERIOD. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Nowenuse:you're seriously uneducated, did he make that reference In bad light or mockingly? Something that he even said that they'll have countries of their own and just used the tower of Babel thing as a playful but true analogy of what is in ground there, no Cross riverian or nothern/central Cross riverian has had headache about it or commented, why are you taking paracetamol for someone else's headache? You haven't been to Cross river and im sure that's why you're spewing trash. Concerning herdsmen who doesn't know they murder you guys in hundreds just for the fun of it? Instead of you organising your people to protect themselves you're dragging Akwa Ibom/Efik people who are thousands of miles away from you. You are not normal 1 Like |

Mystiquefia:We are very much interested. The only options on deck for us outside Nigeria is Niger Delta republic or Akwa cross republic. Anything other than that is moonlight story. Some clowns will start asking me what connection I have with you and without them we won't be connected or we will dominate minorities in Niger delta republic, the most stupid ones say there's nothing like SS/ND. They'll still call us traitor's and saboteurs when the time comes just like their ancestors accused ours in 1967. They don't want to get wise, 1 Like 1 Share |

Blackking98: And who are you or him to talk about Northern Cross River being a tower of Babel? Is the term TOWER OF BABEL itself not a derogatory terminology? Is it a good one? Neither you nor I are Indigenes of Ogoja axis, so either we both have the rights to talk about them or we don't. I challenged you because as a minority yourself who never agrees with your own minority neighbors, you have no rights to laugh at other minorities or reiterate derogatory names at them! Same way the herdsmen murder my people, we murder them back in return.... Or where were u when a Hausa fulani Major General's body was found in a well in Plateau state? Can u people murder a Hausa fulani general in Akwa Ibom state and not be wiped off the face of the Earth? Did my people ever beg for your help in dealing with Hausa fulanis? We have been fighting against Hausa fulanis since 1802 when Danfodio's jihad begun, it did not start today. My own is that you as a minority have no right to laugh at other minorities for being to diverse, when they are more united than you are. 3 Likes 1 Share |

There is one tribe in Nigeria that is very afraid to stand on their own, this tribe is known as Igbo. My question is why are the Igbos always trying to attach themselves to the minority tribes of the Niger Delta when it is very clear that we don't want to be with them? Are they blind or are they plain stupid? The answer is that the Igbos know that they stand no chance of succeeding as a nation without the Niger Delta, they have no sea,no natural resources and are stuck in the middle of Nigeria. Their only hope is to befriend the Niger Delta and hope that we will join them or force us to join them like they tried to do during the last Biafran war but the problem is that we don't trust them and we know that we are better off having our own Niger Delta Republic. What we see now are frustrated Igbo people trying their best everyday to attach themselves by force to the Niger Delta. You hear things like- we were one people before they split us into SE and SS.SORRY ENYI,WE WERE NEVER ONE PEOPLE AND WE WILL NEVER BE.Please find your level. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Nowenuse:Oh please save the story. After the body was discovered didn't they round up your kinsmen in that community like common criminals? Shift abeg. You're just really insecure for no reason, no northern/central Cross riverian on NL has a problem with that because they know they are very diverse and it's not a crime to be. You're saying they're more United that Akwa Ibom and Efik people who speak the same language and have the same culture? You have never been to Cross river nor Akwa Ibom but you sit in your dirty hut in jos and know how divided my people are, if an ibibio man Converses with am Efik man in our language or an Annang man conversing with an Oro man will you know who is who? You're just an insecure ingrate, last I checked this thread was for people from the south east and south south only, carry your insecure northern minority ass outta here before i call miyetti Allah on u.
