I had an unregistered Tokunbo car parked in the compound that I intended using for transportation business and I also had a car I was using for daily waka so two cars at that time.

The compound could contain 7 cars in total at that time and I only parked 2 when the incident happened.

He stood in centre of the compound where Neighbors could hear what he was saying and then he started shouting.

I will summarize what he said below

- a tenant can have only one car.
- he had a dream where robbers came and shot the man that had his flat closest to my car.
- the robbers demanded for the car keys without shooting me but shot other co tenants in other flats.
- he gave me 2 days to remove the unregistered car.

I had to remove one of the cars and overtime had to park my cars (that I wanted to sell or use for transportation) at a nearby hotel.

The man later bought 2 cars same time and parked 3 cars in total in his compound.

Anyway it’s his house.

Twas when I moved over to Greece for my masters via PDTF Scholarship, Thou the scholarship covered my living expenses and so on...

But the landlady was too hard on me, the white lady just making my stay kinda horrible when I get to know why she is behaving that towards me I found out she does not like black people...

Damm!!! I even tried been nice to her so she could change her manner towards me... But no white mama just ain't ready to capitulate...

The worst she did which I had to how to involve the Hellenic police were on a cool afternoon I was returning from lectures only for me to open up me room seeing everywhere scattered my clothes on the floor, my window and door opened, immediately I went on to check my safe to see if my savings are still intact... Fam out of €1500 saving I met €20, I was so pissed, I knew twas her handwork.

Later I summoned the courage to go confront her about what happen Before I knocked I already place my phone on record.

Immediately I tried explaining how i met my room she claimed it saying it her doing, that she is tired of seeing my blackface ...

Yo local man was sooo pissed(if no be say I remember how I take to enter the country, he remain small make man punch am ooo) , I left the building took a taxi to Hellenic police Dept.. when I got there explaining this to them and playing the voice recorder, they followed me to arrest the white bitch...

Though white bitch pleaded and I just accepted with a compensation fine of €3000.

Thankfully, I don't get to deal with landlords directly anymore. But back in the day when I still lived in a communal-type environment, the landlady was like a beady-eyed hawk that would chase any visitor away. It was frustrating living in a place where you can't even have people over & no privacy whatsoever since she was always in everybody's business.

A month after my rent expired, I was still begging her to chill small for me, unknown to her, I was using up my caution fee I paid cos I know I wasn't gonna get a dime back from her.

To cut the long story short, I left a small debt for her before I moved out, and I had to move out in the middle of the night, when she was fast asleep.

I could only imagine the look on her face when she woke up and saw my flat empty.

I brought my babe at the time home "to comman do the needful", Omo that's how madam landlady started complaining about single guys that will bring in different girls every day and the noise from my flat will keep her up at night. That's how all the show spoil and my babe went back home .Later in the day, i confronted the woman and she said that she doesn't want me to be having visitors of the opposite sex that it may lead to fornication

The worst experience ever.... I was living at face me and slap you, one of my neighbour wasn't pay his house rent and the stupid landlady came to the house with empty thin of milk and she started grounded it on the floor by 12:00am.... Nobody sleep o until this woman slept off
