shocked Nigeria remains the shitcrap that it is.So OUK regains freedom or will will be retried by another judge in a different court jurisdiction?

Just imagine how a high profile corruption cass that could have been easily bootstrapped was bungled by the judiciary again? Any wonder even supreme court judges are illegally positioning their children to take over from them? Shitcrap nation.

Thank God for Orji Uzoh Kalu (OUK) who doesn't relent in speaking for his people. Shame on that southern presidential aspirant that ochestrated OUK incarceration because of 2023.

Supreme Court order for retrial.

He has not been acquitted. He is to start his trial afresh.

He still have cases to answer. The emphasis is necessary.

Look as the reason for nullifying the conviction.
This is purely a bought judgement.

Here’s the section of the ACJA that empowers the elevated judge to sit on this part heard criminal matter.

This judgement is clearly bought and against the interest of justice.

So Nigerian Court can fast track case like this? Anyway, congrats to Orji Uzo kalu for some moment of respite. Matter continues, not a complete freedom from the case. The matter is to be reassigned to another Judge.

All these rulings that are based on technicalities are bought and sold to the interested party.

We have many PDP members that were convicted and sentenced. Till date they are in jail and their appeals still sleeping in supreme court. But APC leader orji uzor kalu who was just convicted three months ago have his case giving accelerated hearing and freed
