what can be done to a gionee m7 power that refuse to start up or even charge the battery. Even when connected to a charger tends to kill the charger

sorry to hear this but to tell you gionee S11 is not officially lunched in nigeria and it cant really work fine. gionee nigeria only lunched S11lite in nigeria and parts and othe accessaries available

Good morning, please I have a problem with a new phone I just got (Gionee S10). The phone keeps deducting money immediately I recharge on it, the phone has not been useful to me in anyway since I bought it.
I can see here that a lot of people has the same challenge but all you keep saying is it's not a Nigerian version, please, since you people knew the phone wasn't going to operate well here, why was it approved to be shipped to Nigeria.

It's quite unethical of you o, I complained about an issue you didn't even bother to address it. The numbers you put down as customer service contacts are not going through. I sent an email since and no response. I don't know that this is how Gionee treats her customers...
