Chinese didn't scam Kenya. Chinese gave us a loan - one part of loan is concessionary - IMF/WB kind of loans - long maturity nearly zero interest. For a country like Kenya or Nigeria to get those loans for infrastructure without a string is a STEAL.

The other part of the loan was commercial....at 2 point basis above LIBOR rate (London rate) with shorter maturity.

Overall for 5B dollars - this was a STEAL

And for Chinese to deliver the project ON TIME, COST and QUALITY is a MIRACLE.

The guys complaining are the usual i.diiots or political inclined.
