Some weeks are just hell. What can you do during losing streaks: 1) Reduce lot size 2) Increase stoploss 3) Trade higher timeframe 4) Take a break. I hope this helps. |

harizonal123: I think the big question is what really is the trend? Because if you flow with the trend, it means you should at least mostly be in profits. So why go with the trend only for things to start reversing? I remember one funny conversation I had with a chap who was like "The market will be buying and buying and I will then place a buy and it immediately starts selling and selling. When I then place a sell, it will start buying again. That is how I lost my money". |

bojbest: It means your stops are too tight, try giving it some room to breathe even if it means reducing your position size. Bornfool: The market don humble d guy small this week. He hasn't learnt how to consistently make money for himself yet his charging people 50k monthly to teach them. Its very annoying TeeNBee: Start by taking trades on those charts you understand and don't use too many strategies at thesame time. Learn one strategy at a time, and always keep risk management at the forefront of your mind. Plan your trades and trade your plan even if it turns out to be a loss don't worry just keep going and remember that trading is a journey not a destination so don't worry the market will be there tomorrow . 4 Likes 1 Share |

At a certain point, we realise that it is better to hold out a little bit more in starvation than to accept the poisoned porridge [unripe plantain porridge with spicy hot fish pepper soup can be very tempting sha ], being offered to you by deviousness in disguise. Without having to narrate a thing to you, go back to any individual's posts that approaches you for whatever reasons and decipher things for yourself. As far as I know, traits would always certainly be repetitive and if one has shown to be conniving and greedy in their dealings, only looking out for what they stand to ultimately gain without any form of consideration to their victims, you should run away at the speed of the cheetahs form such individuals. I see you're smart from your last post, by going back to the start of this thread to understand things for yourself, rather than jump into the thread with a self entitlement asking already overly flogged questions! In over the few months I've been here, I know how much I've benefitted in knowledge and character to improve my trading from simply visiting past seasonsof FTA. I'm an ardent reader of a lot of holy books and mystical write ups as I find great wisdom in them and one states "For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that through patience and through encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope". I wish you well in your forex trading journey, you'd do great as there are now much more people on here who are less self deserving, whom are willing to guide you safely to turning out consistent profits from the markets. Avoid the self acclaimed KINGS of the markets, the HOLY GRAIL/PERFECT SYSTEM propagandists and the infamous RESULT POSTERS, they are all out to feed off you yet having no substance to enable you reap of the many benefits the market has in store. Tough times don’t last, only tough people do. Amateur traders refer to a good trade as a profitable trade. Successful traders refer to good trading by following their trading system, even if it resulted in a loss. This pair has been on my watchlist for a while now and price has finally gotten to the end of the road , the weekly chart is bearish so I would prefer to see a sell signal this week but a daily close above the ascending triangle will change my bias and I will be looking for bullish signals on a retracement to .8562 level.

Uncle Tony, you mean the king's JESTER ? I now only read the clowns post here I'm looking for some comedy relief and your response gave me a good laugh last night. A self acclaimed advanced teacher gives you points on how to handle a loss by telling you to increase your SL and reduce your lot size when you are in loss? It's either I most certainly have a very low self esteem so I always feel someone is out to insult my level of discernment or I'm simply sensitive to the smell of bull shit!!! Please what difference does it make if I was trading 2lot size initially with a 20pips SL but now, according to the king's jester, I now reduce my lot to 1unit and increase my SL to 40pips? Has any difference been made to my trade volume? I'm almost certain he just went to one of these backyard waterside trading blogs to copy and paste their jargon without even paying a read to it first. And this is who is asking us to pay him a whole 150USD for trading advice oh, not even the kind of free accurate calls that many of you give us here for less than 5Naira sef . My brother his 4th point has given you heads up that he's soon to vanish back to his hole. Ashamed dey catch me for Oga infofirst, that ever had anything to do with the fellow, we all now know better though. Na to press ignore. Tonyfx: |

Tonyfx: Nice observation. I will start watching it too. I'm not a long term trader but it will help me know the overall trend direction while trading short term. But oga Tony my question is, how do you make the right entry? Cos you will be sweating dollars, profusely, if a daily candle goes against you by one not to talk of two candles. How do you do it? Plus, I'm still waiting for the signal on EurAud. |

heskeyw: I thought you are already profitable given your trade calls and all that, because we started almost thesame time, stop jumping the gun lol, I’m surprised you are going back to babypips and opening a naira account after a year of galivating , babypips will take you about 3 months or a little less... goodluck... |
Re: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by Tonyfx: 10:38am On May 09, 2020 |
Gasive: I look for buy and sell signals at those key levels then I enter on a 50% retracement of that signal. That way I have a lesser risk and greater reward potential but the downside to it is that sometimes the market may not get up to that level so I do miss out on some trades but that's okay with me. As for that EURAUD, I didn't get any buy signal and the way bears are pushing through that key support I probably might be looking for a short-term sell signal. But don't worry I'll keep you updated |
