About PayPal casting I don't think I the truth cos I have similar error and shared with ops. He asked me to verify with card that it will be okay which I did and it was. Will withdraw soon & update here.

when account was showing hold when some created an account, we were advised to verify Phone numbers so it will leave hold, because of that information I know how much I spent on phone number, until someone said you don't need to verify Phone number before you get an account not on hold and also receive survey.

it was here when people said their accounts have been verified but not getting survey, some people still advise they should write to them and nobody shun them, just for us to be hearing they want to cast the thing.

please if you are not sure of your statement please don't post it here, and please if you got experience in this stuff when someone is going off please correct kindly, let not wait until things begin to get spoilt.

Not necessarily. Check to be sure you have more than 1k balance in the card. If you deposited only 2k, about 1k was taken for card issuance. And it usually takes about 24hrs before the card moves from Preactive to active.

Hint. First go and setup your online account for the card and download the uba app and set it up there as well.
Change the pin and you should be good to go.

I had the same issue. But after about 24hrs it sorted itself out. Although I lost the first transaction from paypal. The debit came without a code because of a mistake i made.
