When I google about how to burn stomach fat the results I get are things and foods that relates to life overseas. I would like someone in Nigeria who has successfully burnt stomach fat to tell me how he or she did it, so I can easily replicate the solution since I would be familiar with the solution as it relates with the lifestyle in Nigeria. |

E be like say you be big man. You drive a car, spend time in the office or workplace without exerting much energy? Drink Gulder and chow Nkwobi with friends before getting home to round up madame's Garri and Egusi with Goat meat? Nefort:slice some lemon in a cup & pour hot water into it and drink, repeat this thrice then discard the used lemon.. after this, trying doing some hard physical exercise like jugging for 30 mins - 1hr when you're exhausted, drink some Lipton without sugar or milk.. continue the treatment any day you wish to work on ur tummy.. most important thing is to cut down on sugary drinks and food + reduce ur rate of alcohol.. thank me later. **Edited;- most importantly, only eat when you're hungry and eat less please 1 Like |

CanadaOrBust:Your question is funny bro but I'll attempt to answer to the best of my knowledge even though I suspect you're the friend in question. Try Egovin I heard it works for weight gain, mind you I'm not a health practitioner in any way.. Another funny remedy that (accidentally) worked for me is drinking monkey tail (Mj soaked in gin) or simply smoking some potent weed & eating a lot of food thereafter... It improves my appetite. Pls the least you could do is to disregard my recommendations biko, no yab me. |

edoairways: These aren't going to give you success overnight, after all that potbelly was built up over years. Also note that this is meant to be a lifestyle change you need to make. 1. Reduce daily caloric intake by at least 400-500 calories 2. Reduce fat intake and up serving of vegetables and foods 3. Increase daily water intake 4. Include exercise where possible Yoh should see results within 4 months and depending on the mass of fat you intend to loose notice significant fat shed by 6 to 7 months. |
