OP at the end asked, WHAT CAN GOD NOT Do?

Answer: heal an amputee. Funny enough Salamanders and starfishs grow back lost limbs without screaming the name of a dead son of a Jewish carpenter but humans can't grow back theirs no matter the level of prayer being offered to an omnipotent god who said you'd get anything you ask for in his name if you have faith even if it's as small as a mustard seed. Looks like no amputee has faith lol

Can you imagine this OP celebrating the preservation of food and wine while the car that is worth 1mil times is destroyed? Insane.

It surprises me how some people (foolish, though) still believe there is nothing like God, a supreme being, an all glorious and ever lasting with unlimited powers.
If a house have a designer, a car have a designer, a beautiful cloth etc, all are designed by someone, then our universe and everything in it did not just come by accident....there is a super human with unlimited powers and intelligence that made it.

God is God.....

He is everlasting.

I believe in God, The Father Almighty, who created Heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Begotten Son.

It depends on the speed an the weight of the vehicle before the accident. A car on 120kph to 140kph is likely going to summersault 3times. A car on 180kph to 220kph might do more than 5times before it would stop

doclatom:
Why is it that in every story/testimony the vehicle always somersault 3 times. It's always 3 times! Please we need one where it was like 1 time or 7 times. I'm tired of 3 times, abeg!

Interesting but I don't see any correlation between the accident and your engagement.

Besides don't you think an accident is too dramatic and risky to use as a warning to ask you not to marry a girl?

Just saying

grin is that what you think?

See, man (human being) is naturally stubborn, so it takes something dramatic and risky to inculcate some things into their heads, sometimes death will be the option (The son of Pharaoh have to die for Pharaoh to release Israelites)

Wonderful God! Am moved to tears. This God , how wonderful you are. I was preparing to travel for Xmas from ilorin to Onitsha, being a prayerful person, I decided to keep vigil and pray against accident. While praying and deep in the spirit, I saw dead bodies of corpers lying on the road. After the prayers , I narrated what I saw to my mum . The next day, she saw me to Onitsha park at Oja Oba Ilorin. To my surprise, there were about 10 corpers on the queue travelling to Onitsha as well. I decided to board the same bus with them coz of the revelation I had. My mom panicked but I advised her to go home and keep praying for our safety. The driver was an Igbo man which is unusual. That transport company hates working with Igbo people, yet 90 percent of their customers were igbos.
I led the corpers and the other occupants of the vehicle in a short but powerful prayer . After the prayer , I kept calling on the blood of Jesus to save the day coz of my revelation. On getting to Osi in kwara state, I dozed off only to awaken at screams of 'Jesus Jesus Jesus'. The car summersaulted three times and plung into a ditch . Miraculously all of us survived. What surprised me the most was the Igbo driver took me aside and said, 'nne, tell me the truth, who are you'?

God will not come down to do all the things you want in life, that's why he gives brain, and your brain develops to the extend you want it to be.

Wow!. What a wonderful God we have as a Father. I wouldn't have been alive today if not for his grace.

On the 11th of December, 2018 at about 10am, I was sent with a driver to pick up a client to inspect a property somewhere in Rivers State. By the way I reside in Port Harcourt. The agreed pickup point was Genesis fast food at Trans Amadi. The driver drove to the entrance of the premises which is also shared by a couple of other businesses, the building directly faces the Trans Amadi express road. As we approached and tried to navigate into the premises, we had no idea that a robbery was going on there outside at the car pack, the robbers had finished and were quickly making their exist.

All I saw was an armed man with an Ak47 riffle loaded with 4 magazines of bullet, at this point we had blocked the exit way from the premises while the robbers vehicle was right in front of us, so it appeared as if we were there to block their escape, instantly one of them took his gun, corked it and came straight at us, he rested on our car's bonnet and directly aimed that heavily loaded gun at us, I quickly fell backwards in the car to avoid taking a direct hit, the driver froze and couldn't move. Thank God he froze, because if he had released his legs from the break, the car would have hit the gun man, that would have been like a declaration of war!.

What happened next was simply a miracle, the guy looked at us though obviously scared because a little delay could cause them their lives as that area has a number of well armed security men, but the ones at the premises fled when the Armed robbers came. The gun man stepped away, directed his colleague to revise and take another turn. Imagine armed robbers giving you way when you obviously had blocked them, and put their life in danger?. People were just watching it like movie.

After everything, I and the driver were the center of attention, people didn't even border about the man robbed of 10m. A man said, 'I don't know why that guy didn't shoot you, maybe he was not high enough', another man said 'o boy if you have not been serving God you better start now!'.

The funny thing is, after escaping the incident, I and the driver fell sick from the shock for almost 1 week, as I couldn't believe that I was still alive. Till today each time I remember it, it sends shivers down my spine.

Indeed our God is faithful.

I told God I would not complain again no matter what, because the life I now have is not mine anymore.

Praise the Lord!.

I do believe in miracles, I have witnessed many and I cannot share. but God loves me so much. For emphasis, I will share 2.

This one happened in my Community, on my bday. I went to see my Spiritual Father (Apostle M. U Egharevba) , gave him wine as usual . On my way, I bought food stuffs which I will cook for my folks at home. So I went to bed cos I was fatigued. while I was sleeping my bro came to call me that there was a dead man outside , that I should come n pray for him. I was wearing shorts n singlet that day n I tot I was not that strong enough to raise d dead. so I came out n saw sympathisers . I shrinked in faith. one man said make una carry go mortuary. I said no, everyone shift back. naso I put am for my lap begin day kabash oo... I noticed I left this dimension to another , I saw him going towards a hole with stretch hands. I rushed to meet him n shouted at him to return back. He said he was tired n wanted to just go. Cut long story short, we came back...... boom the man was hot and he vomited on me. Naso everywhere scatter ooo. That was where I believed in Miracles..... confirm stuff mehnn

second one was in my 200L at Ambrose Alli University. No money for fees, and it was exam period. I had already missed 4 papers , so I was already aware I was in extension. I was down emotionally. So I went for a programme at my fellowship (GLCO ) opp. AAU Cooperative, the pastor said we should come n sow seed. I was angry. Suddenly I heard a voice in my spirit. He said, "go and drop the money" The last money on me was a torn #100 . I refused. The pastor said, someone is here that needs to get his fees paid ASAP. I just knew deep has called into deep. I didn't disobey. I just dropped it. that night, I got a call from my Uncle to send my details for sch fees payment.

It was the year 2014, was doing teacher work at omoku, Rivers state. During the long breaks, assasins came to the school hostel where i stay to look for the proprietor, which the intention of killing him i guess. Unfortunately, i was the only one in the building, the assasins were two brandishing AK47s. When they realise the man wasnt there, the other one said make we waste this one now, oh boy!!! I was sweating so bad and the only thought that came to me was ,oh boy, so na so you take die.. Just before my eyes, they started arguing so bad that they nearly fought eachother, then they told me to move to the gate and lie down on the floor. Thats how them jejely leave the compound. I couldnt thank God enough

Hmm. Had several near death experiences but I'd share 3. One told to me and two personal experiences. My mom once narrated how I passed out as a child and God used my late dad to bring me back to life. I was still a baby at the time and she had just breastfed me and placed me in the baby cot to sleep only for her to come back to check me later and I was still, cold and not moving/breathing. She busted into tears and was crying. Then my dad came around and when he noticed what was happening, he asked them to boil hot water. He placed me on his lap over the hot water and hot balm covered with towel and despite the thing burning him, I didn't move but the man didn't give up and he kept on trying until I eventually sneezed and came back to life. My mom was suggesting they take me to the hospital but he told her they'd just put me in the morgue if he takes me there. After God, I owe him and my mom my life though.

Second experience : As a young man in the higher institution, I'd made the mistake of being with people I should not have been with. One time, we had an issue and had to go visit a certain alfa/medicine man. We sat around burning candles, were made to recite several incantations and given something to eat with incision made on our head and of course, some midnight incantations done. This was the beginning of serious demonic and occultic torment in my life. For years, I kept seeing and experiencing different kinds of attacks at night. By 7pm, I'd be seeing owls already perching on the next building and looking towards my direction. There was practically no night that I was able to sleep in peace. Was always in different worlds and kingdoms being chased by people and wild animals. So bad I couldn't sleep in my room at some point and went to start sleeping in my sisters room on the floor. I was always scared of the nights coming as I became apprehensive every day once it gets to evening and would be seriously praying for the morning to come when it's night. At some point, I'd wake up in the morning feeling very weak like blood had been drawn out of my body. I started raising up my bed to see if there was a calabash or something where my blood was going into but I didn't see anything. Then came a certain night when I woke up in the middle of the night to see about 4/5 people in my room. 3 knelt at my side with their mouth on my body while 2 stood against the door. As I opened my eyes and my eyes met their eyes, I was too weak and frightened to shout. I watched them stand up one they each moved gently one by one to the window and dissolved into something like particles and disappeared one after the other. For more than 30 minutes after they left, I was too scared and shocked to even move. Before then, I had always made gest of mfm and their fall down and die prayers but when I eventually got up that night, I went to one my sisters room and woke her to pray with me. The prayers drew my father's attention and he had to come check what was going on. The next morning, I quickly went in search of an mfm branch near me for prayers as I couldn't imagine what the night would be like. The prayers didn't stop the attacks eventually but it was the beginning of my journey to deliverance.

Third incident : during one of those many nights of torments and afflictions, I found myself in another world and I was with so many people struggling to swim out of a thick muddy water that had insects biting people. Some people were sinking in it while some of us were struggling to stay up. I managed to get out and was taken to the presence of an old man. They said he was a war lord from several ages and he said he wouldn't allow me go. He was sitting on a wooden native chair. There was a young boy by his side also pleading on my behalf. I eventually tried to run and he sent people after me. I was chased to a dark lonely road where I could no longer run again and the people chasing me were laughing at me and saying it was already too late. I was crying profusely and then I heard a voice saying "my son, it's not too late. It's just 25 mins after one". That voice rescued me and asked me to come with him. As I opened my eyes in the real world and looked at the clock beside my bed, it was exactly 25mins past one at night. If that voice didn't rescue me, I obviously wouldn't have woken up.

All these events got my mom taking me from one pastor to the other until we met a man of God after one church service. When he was about praying for me, he stopped barely a minute into the prayers, paused for a while and then asked my mom to ask me where I went to and what I did. That was how I eventually narrated how we went about the whole thing. My mom was shocked. The man told her it was a very serious issue. Apparently, I had dedicated my life back then to the witch mother and asked them to watch over me 24 hrs of the day. It eventually explained why I always felt people walking behind me during the day but each time I turned back, I wouldn't see anybody. It took me several years again to remember the exact incantations I made back then. It was on the first of January of a particular year. We had just closed from crossover service and I was sitting in the living room when those words came fresh in my mind. I asked my mom to interpret them cos they were made in yoruba. She was shocked and asked me where I heard such. I just told her to tell me what it meant and I eventually told her the origin of those words. That was the eventual beginning of my road to deliverance that spurned several years of prayers and fasting and everything. I eventually got delivered from the "Iya osorunga" that I had committed my life to. The bottom line is that, even though I got into that covenant, my head did not agree with it. Hence, the several torments and attempts to take my life through those years it lasted. Now, I can freely talk about it and lend some form of advice to the younger ones. It's been about 17 years from when I first made that mistake and more than 10 years since I got my deliverance. Today, anybody who doesn't believe in God and doesn't pay attention to prayers can't have a place in my life.

I would start by saying, to those atheists on nairaland who thought they landed in this world with the assistance of a ghost and once they die, that's the end....I just pity you guys. I hope you'd realise the truth about the existence of God before it's too late. Saul was worse off in his own time before meeting with Christ.

I've been involved in an accident twice but God saved me. My vehicle also was facing Ibadan where I was coming from on the expressway. How it happened, I couldn't explain. It was a heavy truck driven by one mallam that hit my vehicle after almost getting to the redemption camp going to lagos from ibadan. Amazingly, the second accident occurred on same spot, same area, in same car i was driving after repairing it. People who saw that car hardly believed the driver survived the accident. One man came out in a white apparel, a cele man where the car was parked in lagos at a scrap market. I had to tow it there. The man said, who drove this car and I said it was me. He said God really loves you. He said he received that message inside the church and felt he sould come outside and see what he was told and deliver the message to me and he went back inside.

Secondly, I have a friend called Kunle( that's his real name). This boy was looking for jobs one morning, sometime in the mid 90s. He was headed towards the island. He used to stay at oworonshoki area of lagos. He had issues with his legs from birth so he's not a fast runner. The moment he was about crossing the oworo highway, he was hit by a car and the driver sped off. The force now pushed his body towards a culvert and people began to cry. He was already gone. Thank God, no vehicle was coming that moment on such a busy road after the one that hit him had left so this gave some good samaritans the opportunity to rush at him and carried him to the other side. As they were contemplating on calling on the lagos emergency service nearby, to pick his body and drop in the nearest morgue, one of the passersby suggested they get some water and poured on him maybe he would come back. During this time, my friend had gone patapata. He said the moment he was hit, his spirit left his body and felt so cool in another realm where he found himself in. In fact, he couldn't describe the coolness and he was walking in-between beautiful flowers and he asked himself, what was he doing in such a quiet and cool place. He said he also saw people of different races coming from left, right and centre and going in different directions. He said no body spoke a word to one another. He now saw a path and followed it up to a point where he got to a T junction. At this juncture, he was contemplating on which direction to go. Suddenly a tall man appeared to him. He said he couldn't see his face and everywhere around him was bright and shining. He said the more he looked up to see his face, the taller he became. The man now asked him in his dialect, where are you going young man. Kunle now replied that, he saw people going in different directions and he too followed this path. The man now said to him the time to cross this path wasn't ripe yet. That he should return to where he was coming from...now asking him to look back. The moment kunle looked back, he opened his eyes and started feeling serious pain on his body still in a pool of blood and people said wow! He's back, he's back and he asked them, who's back? Then they narrated to him all that happened. Amazingly, after he left the hospital on discharge, his body parts were complete with a minor injury on the knee. That experience made him become a fervent believer.
