The other day he threatened to auction a trailer that took cattle to port Harcourt. Today he sent the M D of an electricity company to isolation centre because he did not "obey" lockdown.

As a lawyer, he should know that these cases are exempted from ban on interstate travel and lockdown respectively.

Some days back, workers of the electricity company in my area were out to distribute bills and nobody gave them any hassle. How much the M D of a corresponding service in Rivers state.
