But with the mini bus, you will be picking up a lot of passengers and won't give you the privacy and status the Uber Corolla will give you to snatch people's wives.

Getting Toyota Corolla worth one million? I doubt if it will be a good one. Ikorodu is part of the headquarters of traffic in Lagos but passengers sure for u always. Uber is good but that ur money won't get u the required car. Mini bus will give u lots of savings and low maintenance. For me get the mini bus cos the Toyota Corolla may make u foolish feeling proud as car owner and loose focus. The mini bus can will make u determined to be a bus owner...and can easily make u enter into transport business fully...my take

Don’t make the same mistake that I made .
I bought a mini bus sometime ago n in less than a year was able to raise about 1. 5 million to buy a Toyota Corolla for uber.
This was a mistake I ended up regretting cos the Corolla I bought almost twice the mini bus made a weekly delivery of 35 k where as ,the min bus paid me 30 k weekly
If I had bought 2 mini buses with that money my weekly returns would have been 60k as against the 35k the Uber guy was delivering. So guy u better invest that money on a minibus n continue to multiply it until you have made enough money to acquire a Toyota Corolla while still having your minibuses running. The corolla would then just be there for convenience.
My point is if what you want is to make money... go for the mini bus.
In terms of stress ,they are both stressful .

At the moment, the Uber fare rates are complete rip-offs to the partner drivers.

The app company can afford to make the prices that low so long as they get their 25% commission on each ride not minding the stress on the driver's car plus the cost of maintenance.

It would seem as if you are making some cash from the job until your car calls for maintenance. Then you'd have to recall all the cash you had tucked away as profit plus even borrow to get it fixed then the cycle continues.

The number of cars on the street right now hustling isn't even encouraging.

With the minibus, you are your own bus. Whatever comes in you'd be able to put some aside for maintenance. So long as you comply with all the agbero and police rules, you will be fine.

Mini bus is the best. They make lots of money and save alot too with low maintenance. Only changing camber and shock absorber in Toyota Corolla can take upto 30k...that about the whole week hustle

go for corolla.. apart from the transport business, u fit still use am chyke girls and good resell value .

It's a great idea wanting to step out of your main goal to raise funds for the real deal. Nonetheless, for frozen foods, you can start small and grow the business. If you are looking to invest about 1m into the transport business, you can equally start the frozen foods and grow from there. You need to see what can work on a smaller investment that would gain traction.

The beautiful thing about starting small is it will help you understand the business more and grow your customers. Customers are the beating heart of any business if you can find who are willing to buy from you. You customers can either B2B or B2C. Nothing spoil if its the two category.

Don't buy the corolla for the following reasons

1. People would think you have arrived financially because you own a car.

2. Cheaper to maintain a mini bus than corolla

3. Owning a corolla you are prone to thieves and Bulgars.

4. Since you don't want to work at night buying a corolla might not be really useful... The best time to make money in uber is at night.

5. The funds you have cannot buy you a good Corolla. You need atleast 1.3million.

it depends on the type of transport business. if for Uber, toyota corola does it and if for public township movement for junction to juntion then The Latter(suzuki)
