Either you or the school can send it to Uniassist in Germany......but it’s advisable you personally send so you can have a Copy of the Transcript........when you get the original transcripts......make photocopies and Certify/Notarize those photocopies b4 sending it to Uniassist......it’s also advisable to send everything(all your documents) once so you don’t spend much money on Courier trying to send again.....unless you have extra cash to spare for that......all the best.

Yes you can get BSc admission with it. I have something lower than that i get admission already. But you need english test to boost your chance.

Yes I did. I applied for summer but had to differ to winter.
The whole Covid is causing a lot of delays but you'd definitely read from them soon.

Is the school not accepting documents certify by high court or public notary officer? If the school accept any of the aforementioned means then you the high court close to you. Most of the schools accepts high court certified documents
