Reference:I am not sure I understand you ,I don't think that answers my question. If you look at a football league table at the end of a season you can identify the top 10 teams by explicit criteria that everyone knows. That was my question are there any known criteria and also what kind of hospital? There are so many different types of hospital. E.g. General and specialist like Aro psychiatrist and there is no basis for comparing the two |
