Hello, I have a sibling with a Canadian PR who is working and living in the US (he has never lived in Canada). Please, what would be the best response to the question below?

Yes or No

I think this was answered earlier in the thread. Someone was banned for misrepresentation as his/her sibling was not in Canada.

To prove PR status, a utility bill ( Canadian address) or account statement with his/her PR card needs to be shown.

You can still apply, however you would only be able to claim just over 1.5 years of experience if you were to get ITA this month (May 2010 to Jan 2012). You can only claim work experience in the last ten years.

Remember that you need at least one FULL year of full time work experience in the last ten years to enter the pool. So you need to hustle to get ITA while you still have at least one full year of work experience that meet the conditions. Another option is to have your spouse (if applicable) be the primary applicant. You need to simulate your CRS scores to see who would be better as the PA.

If you have a registered business with documentation you may also use that as well. However you need a good paper trail to make this work.

Thank you so much . But does it mean EE calculates my work experience from the month they send me the ITA or from the date I put on my job reference letter as the month I did the job?

Also is it necessary to include all the job functions I did before 2010 in my job reference letter?
Does it help in any way to show I have some past work experience before 2010?

Pls your suggestions.

they use date on reference letter.

The letter can say mr leaap has worked with us from 2009 till date. From 2009 to 2016 he was a driver. From 2016 to date he was an agbero. His duties as agbero are listed below.

Hello everyone. Can anyone help confirm if VFS office in Lagos is opened? Specifically, are they processing passport transmission? They have been with my friend's approved passport for a while now.

Thanks.

Thank you so much . I really understand now.
But the issue is that as a banker I did different functions at different times of the year interchangeably.
One year can be FT officer, another year Merchant teller only to come back again and do the same FT officer the following year. There is never really one desk u work on but work on 2/3 desks at different times of the year as an operations staff.

How will I group all these functions and the months they were done in my reference letter if they were not done in a stretch but interchangeably?

Is there not a general job title for a bank operations staff ?

Would this be considered as a bachelors or masters degree?

It's meant to be an additional certificate to one's BSc. Equivalent to one year only.

The sibling must be living in Canada. The question specifies "living in Canada". You'll have to provide proof of current residence in Canada.

To become a member - 20 pounds for 1 year; 30 pounds for 4 years.
Exam registration - 40 pounds per module - 120 pounds for the 3 modules.

The total cost will be a maximum of 150 pounds. Of course, exchange rate fluctuations will affect the price in naira. It was about 68,000 during the last session.

Even if you add work experience before 2010 to the EE system, remember an actual person will be reviewing the application when you eventually submit. VOs have been known to recalculate points downward if they find something amiss.

He became a permanent resident by going through the process and collect his PR card, that’s how. He/she probably left to continue work in US

No Sir. BCS wouldn't tutor you. They encourage self study but recommend that you're tutored by the "right" team.

Someone who paid recently said GTb charged 307 as rate. Confirm if you have enough funds in the account. It could also be because you need to get authorization from the bank for the limit of funds you're paying.

Please I’m post ITA and I’ve completed my documents and ready for submission but I’ve been struggling with paying application fees. It keeps saying decline. I’ve tried using my GTBANK master card. I need answers ASAP as I have few days to go. Thanks

Please is it ok to use another person's card to make payments.
I have a GT bank acct and I cant make payments because its above the limit

Yes, you can claim point, you have to show proof of employment eg offer letter, reference letter, proof of salary like salary certificate, payment receipt or cash voucher.
The reference letter and salary certificate must state that you are paid in cash.

That's fine, you can use another person's account but try to get an AccessBank or Zenith Bank card if you can (their limit is $3000 per month). It saves you from having to go back to the person should there be a payment related issue.

For those paying for their application. I used a Wema Bank Mastercard to make CAD payments recently (4th May) and the rate was 282 it could save you a few thousands of Naira.
