You should chill and allow Amdman answer the questions people here are asking, bro. Stop forming mouthpiece, bro. You sound like a sycophant already.
It’s very annoying .you ask a question and expect amdman to answer you just see some keypad warriors answering like you are attacking him.

I am yet to see anything good about this update/'development'.

If you have decided to ship via RORO because of the delay with containerized, then go ahead. That should be the only change, while you stick to your team of agents (as stated in page 152).

Subjecting customers to the menace of these (yet to be known) agents isn't too good; except a customer insists on engaging the service of his/her own agent.
The devil we know is better than the angel unknown.

As for accidented or salvaged title cars...that's the choice of any customer, which is not too bad an idea.

Summarily ,

Continue with what and how you have been doing.

Continue with your team of agents ( except you have seen reason(s) to disengage their services).

Only shipping method should change from Containerized to RORO.

My opinion though.

Thank you.

The main problem is : are people ready to trust agents with their money? I don't think so. To me, this a setback. I mean, it is like Amdman is starting all over again. People preparing to close deals will now be hesitant, waiting for people that can take the risk to do so and come back with their feedback. They will also have to wait to see which agent is trustworthy and delivers consistently. This is not because they do not trust Amdman but they know not these agents. I have been following this thread since November, saving up and hoping to contact him by early June. Now I m scared, why? because his experience dealing with one of these agents is still fresh in my memory.

After Amdman's ordeal with oliverjiad, he told us he's raised a team that'd be responsible for clearing his containers in Nigeria. What went wrong with this team?

What I can deduce from this whole thing is a case of betrayal from Amdman's people in Nigeria. I understand the guy perfectly and he doesn't want to bear risks that are beyond him.

If everything was to begin and end in Canada, I'm 101% sure he would deliver but once he does his own and hand over to others in Nigeria, he has little to no control. Sadly, the people in Nigeria are not sincere to the guy's struggle. This is just the summary of the whole thing and that I strongly believe.

Some of our people here in Nigeria are saddists. They pretend to be working with you or for you, but in reality, they're working to pull you down. Trust is the main element of what is causing this clearing issue and Amdman would be very happy if he can find someone he can trust to deal with here in Nigeria because he's not ready to soil his hands with a problem that most likely he is not the cause.

Nigeria is so rough that in 10 Nigeria youths, only one may be willing to deal with you genuinely, the rest are fraud. This forum alone is filled with fraudsters. Over 97% of car sales post here are scams. However the situation, I've transacted with Amdman and I'll do it again. Let's still work with him.

Albeit, I'd still strongly encourage him to raise his own team. And most importantly, he should pray to God to give him good people to work with. It's very clear that in life, you can't succeed alone, but coming from a country like Nigeria, what do you do? Who can you partner with? This is our major problem as a nation.

UPDATE

Our decision to allow you engage the agent of your choice in clearing your car going forward was not taken because of a lack of faith in the team that we set up, or because they have been dishonest. It was taken largely because we received enquiries in the past from buyers that wanted to handle clearing themselves. As we are transiting to RORO, we thought it a good development that people would be able to handle clearing themselves. What we did not bear in mind was that the trust you have for us is for us alone, and does not extend to other service providers.

In view of various feedback above, we will continue to handle the clearing aspect on your behalf until we find a more suitable arrangement that is satisfactory to you.

Thank you for trusting us with your business.
