FULL TIME = 30 hours/week PART TIME = 15 hours/week SOURCE Guys it's okay not to answer questions you're unsure of. It is far better that a person doesn't get an answer at all than gets the wrong answer. Bumdesh: 3 Likes |

You can use that work experience to apply. There is a cash certificate on page one you can also use I used some of my work experience during school as well and I have PPR Make sure his company is registered and has some sort of presence online (if possible) Your bank statements would show salary deposits I believe. Since it is a family company, they might dig deeper than usual to make sure you really worked there, so do everything you can to solidify your case. I wish you all the best! Goodluck! tizzdi: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Ghost update just means your file is actively being worked on. It is usually good news so congratulations! I don't know if this would work for AVO but If you want an accurate answer on what stage you're at, raise a webform on here and ask them specifically about - Eligibility, Security and Criminality. GCMS notes is another option. DottaofGod: 3 Likes |

GoodMorning Everyone, Can someone please assist me with this daunting task of PCC , what to do and how exactly to go about things. 1. I have lived in the US since 2017 Since I am studying here and so I’m certain I’ll be required to submit one. Please how do I apply for my Nigerian PCC from here? Just point me in the direction I’ll do the rest. What periods should each cover? I’m asking the specific as I just read a post where 90 percent of refusals were PCC related. 2. Is my husband who has visited the UK and US for an accumulated period of ) months and more also required to submit this document too? ( I am the principal applicant) if yes, please how do I access the British PCC resource? Please !!! Please and thank you!!! |

Good morning to my fellow seekers of greener pastures. To our seniors and everyone in the house, I have a challenge with regards to my ECA application and I need advice on this. I got married in 2016 and swore to an affidavit of change of name together with my marriage certificate. I didn't change my name until first week of April, 2020 when I did publication in the newspaper. However, I tried obtaining my passport afterwards but was told that I have to change my name with NIMC first but NIMC has not been working. Now, I want to know whether I can use my maiden name to process my ECA and subsequent applications for PR while having disregard for the publication and affidavit. This is to hasten the process as I heard that ECA takes time. I intend using IQAS as I read on this platform that it is the best for my profession. I need all the advice I can get. kindly assist. Thank you all. @Kekereekun @Justwise @Ladymarshall @ednut |

I've also been in the US studying since 2017; I lived in the UK for 2 years so I got both plus Naija own. Generally, I think PCC is needed if one has spent at least 6months (I stand to be corrected). For the Naija own, search for Inspector Moshood's contact here, get in touch with him and you'll get it done. If you have someone trustworthy back home that can do the legwork for you, it takes just an hour or so to get it. If there's no one to collect it for you, he may charge you extra and send the soft copy via whatsapp (those were the options he gave me when I did mine in February). For the UK own, the cic site provided links to all the countries showing how to get PCC for each. Click on the UK own; everything is done online and it isn't expensive. Get all the addresses where your husband stayed in the UK because he'll need to fill those in and that's it! Also, you didn't state how long your husband lived in the US and UK (if at all). PS: All the instructions are on the cic web page or page 1 of this thread. think toniauj: 2 Likes |
