This is coming from a government that says they are serious about ending insecurity in this country. Are the soldiers expected to fight on empty stomach?

Your military that is fighting at the war zone in borno state is also affected abi, but the lockdown didn't stop the people in government for not earning their salaries, typical NIGERIAN SITUATION. I am just asking questions though
