Lagos has roads though not good roads per se, but it has the highest number of roads for a state in Nigeria today, hence I put it there. I was thinking of Kaduna as well.

Atleast I've been to all this places and can tell about how good the roads are based on Nigerian standard.
All Lagos roads I have passed are very poor ...u can't compare the quality to that of port Harcourt or Abuja ...even uyo roads are not as smooth as pH or Abuja roads

The good thing about Uyo roads, though narrow with too many open gutters, it cuts across the whole city.
The roads are clean and always swept. I would have put PH roads above it however most roads in PH are not swept on a daily basis.

Concerning Lagos I'm looking at the generality of the state, not just a particular area.

Abuja is on another level compared to the rest of Nigeria.

If u take all good uyo roads and drop them in a place like ABA it won't show at all

Uyo just have 5 to 7 roads running across the town
1 ikot ekpene road - nwaniba
2 4 lane , 2 lane ,ibb and atiku
3 aka
4 oron road
5 abak
6 Calaba itu ,idoro
7 stadium road

That's mostly it ...the inside roads are not that great

Chukwudi, PORT HARCOURT is mainly shanties and slums, if this thread was about that then PH would have won

Picture: PORT HARCOURT
Every city has this ...that's Diobu the least place In Port Harcourt

Lagos has worse ...only eastern cities have low Slums

Guess it's been a while you visited Uyo. The street roads in Uyo are almost all in great shape, unless you are looking at newly developed areas of Uyo.

As for PH Wike gave the street roads a great lift compared to what they were during the time of Amaechi.
That's why PH roads now look way better now.

Yes Uyo is small, but for a small city it manages to connect almost every aspect of the city with good roads. Not many Nigerian cities no matter how big or how small can boast of that.

Dont waste your time on someone with mental disorder. You can observe how I've ignored his stupidity. Allow him to continue in his foolishness.

Bros I'm based in uyo
Most roads from mbiabong are bad ....inside nwaniba are bad ...don't even want to call abak road after you cross the fly over

Or even atiku ..good land area ....it's even recently some part of osongama started having good roads ..but most roads inside are still bad

If u visit uyo u would appreciate the roads but when u start moving around u would see the bad areas

See naa you are mentioning developing areas. Its same case in most Nigerian cities. The newly developed areas tend to have bad roads for a while before the government
Looks at it.

Jos Plateau State is among the cities with best roads in Nigeria.

Their former Governor Jonah Jang really tried in that aspect, every street that you will go to in Jos has tarred roads.

The current Governor Lalong is just a confused man who keep sharing money to his kinsmen
