Good day everyone. I was driving today and a 'CHECK FUEL CAP" sign started flashing on my dash. I already made sure the the fuel cover is closed properly but the warning is still there. Car is 2007 Accord. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Open and re tighten fuel cap, drive a while for the light to clear off, if it does not, disconnect battery terminal and retight.

Can someone prescribe where I can get my Honda scanned in Ibadan.

Car jerks aggressively at idle with gear in drive and AC on. Had to tune up the RPM to get to idle properly now RPM is on 1000 instead of 600 it used to be.

This is impacting fuel economy, Check engine light is on as well.

Good evening I have a Honda Accord 2008 with Po341 , sensors and all are ok so we suspected the timing was wrong. It also rattles on start up a
After taking the valve cover off yesterday and turning engine the marks didn’t line up so we decided to reset the timing. But the issue now is I can’t get the timing marks and chain to line up at the top .

The chain has marks where it’s meant to fit into the cam but We’ve tried several times and the cam seems to be always out by one teeth.

Good day all,
I had an unresolved issue with my civic 02, each time I drives it on hot weather, after moving like 5kms on high speed it reduce d speed by itself gradually and stopped moving, when the car cool for sometimes it moved perfectly again and slowing down gradually again and continues like that.....the problem only happened if am going on long journey. when I first scanned the car the engineer said my gear censor is bad, we replaced the censor three times there was no changes, I service the gear completely it did yield any positive result, the I changed the gear last year but the problem still persists. I was introduced to another mechanic early this year he suggested so many things that might be the problem of the car which I obliged to fixed but non of them work. among what we have done on the car are; fixing of thermostat, servicing engine and gear censor, changes of radiator, fans, fuel pump, plugs, nozzles, top gasket e.tc. sorry for long explanation and seek pardon for some topographical and grammatical errors.
waiting for an expert who can advice or suggest what to do pls

The top ones are not as important as 4 and 5 in the picture.

4 is the top dead center, the cam shaft must line up to each other (5) if not, it needs setting.

You can. It could be your throttle mouth being faulty.

Please, I need help with a told Honda Accord 2004.

1. The key fob buttons are not working. I've tried reprogramming it using the off to on, and press unlock/lock (repeat 3 times) method but it seems I'm not getting it or the method is not working for it

2. The radio has a code message on its display. I looked into the glove compartment but the serial number isn't there. I pressed 1 and 6 simultaneous while putting on the radio and it showed U1909 L7593. I proceeded to enter this + the VIN at the code generator site but it's giving an error that VIN number is incorrect (I've triple checked and I'm quite sure I'm entering the right numbers/letters)

Can anyone help me with the above?

Hello

For (2), try the following code when prompted:

56346

The code should unlock the stereo, however if it doesn't you can post the VIN here or send the VIN to CarGuideNG privately via WhatsApp
